Five adorable little bundles of joy have made their arrival at Woodland Canines, and we're so excited to share the happy news!

Ellie and Timber welcomed their beautiful litter on October 23, 2026, blessing us with 2 handsome little boys and 3 darling girls!

There's something so special about these first few weeks of puppyhood. From their tiny paws and sleepy snuggles to those first wobbly steps, every day brings something new to enjoy.

We're already looking forward to watching these five little sweethearts grow, discover the world around them, and eventually meet the families who will love them for years to come!

We know how tempting it is to choose a puppy the moment you see that adorable little face! But here at Woodland Canines, we believe getting to know a puppy's personality is just as important as falling in love with their appearance.

That's why we wait until our puppies are approximately 5 - 6 weeks old before families make their final selections.

By this age, those tiny babies are becoming playful, curious little individuals. Some may be the first to investigate something new, while others might enjoy sitting back and taking it all in.

We love watching these differences emerge, and we want our families to have the opportunity to see them, too!

A First Pick Deposit reserves your place in line to choose from the litter once the puppies are old enough for their personalities to begin shining through.

It's a wonderful way to look forward to your new companion while giving yourself a little more time to find that special connection.

Getting to Know Your Future Puppy!

One of the most exciting parts of raising puppies is helping families meet their new best friends!

When selection time arrives, we'll work with you to make choosing your puppy a fun, comfortable, and memorable experience.

Live close enough to visit? We'd love to schedule a time for you to come meet the puppies in person! You'll have the chance to see them interacting, spend a little time getting acquainted, and discover which one feels like the perfect addition to your family.

Live a little farther away? No worries at all!

We can schedule a video call so you can meet the puppies from home, or we can share updated pictures and videos to help you make your choice.

We want every family to feel connected to their puppy's journey, whether you're just down the road or several states away.

The next few weeks are going to be filled with exciting milestones for Ellie and Timber's little ones!

We anticipate beginning puppy selections around November 27th December 4, 2026, when the puppies reach 5 - 6 weeks of age.

Then comes the moment everyone has been waiting for!

December 18, 2026, is their anticipated go-home date, when these sweet babies will be 8 weeks old and ready to begin their next chapter.

And what wonderful timing! They'll be heading home just before Christmas, making the holiday season even more memorable for their new families.

It's amazing to think that these tiny puppies, who are just beginning their lives, will soon become such an important part of someone's family.

There will be new toys to discover, cozy places to nap, playful adventures, and countless little moments that turn into cherished memories.
