Early Puppy Training
Good behavior starts from the very beginning.
We introduce our puppies to basic commands and positive reinforcement early on, setting the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
Each puppy is familiar with the tones and cues they’ll hear later in training, making your job easier when they arrive home.

Early Puppy Socialization
Socialization begins early at Woodland Canines.
Starting at three days old, each puppy begins our Bio-Sensory program, a proven method that promotes early neurological development. Combined with our family-style environment, where our children play and interact daily with the puppies, this early handling builds confidence, curiosity, and trust.
By the time your puppy joins your family, they are already familiar with different people, surfaces, toys, and sounds, making the transition to your home smooth and stress-free.
Raising Happy, Healthy Cavapoo, Cavalier & Poodle Puppies
Every puppy’s journey begins with health.
We start with health-tested parents and follow industry best practices through every stage of breeding and care. Working closely with our veterinarian, government agencies, and leading animal welfare associations, we ensure that each puppy is healthy, thriving, and ready to bring years of joy to your home.
Our adult dogs are carefully selected from parents free of genetic concerns, and once they reach one year of age, we OFA certify them to be clear of luxating patellas and heart murmurs. Regular veterinary visits throughout the year help keep all of our pets in excellent health with up-to-date
exams and vaccinations.
Early Puppy Socialization and Sensory Development
During their first weeks, our puppies are exposed to a variety of textures, sounds, and experiences, helping them develop well-rounded temperaments. We follow our veterinarian’s vaccination and deworming schedule, ensuring your puppy is always healthy and protected.
We are licensed and regulated by the USDA and the Indiana Board of Animal Health (IN-BOAH), and we maintain active membership with the Indiana Council for Animal Welfare (ICAW) as well as Canine Care.
Each organization performs annual on-site inspections to ensure full compliance and the highest standards of care.
